Lead-Prioritization

The Lead Prioritization on the home page is based on several criteria withing your candidate's sales process.  Below is a breakdown of each of priority within the list. 


Priority 1 (OVERDUE)

  • The candidate's has an uncompleted task assigned, and its due date is prior to today’s date
  • The candidate’s disposition is in pipeline
  • The candidate’s LeadGroup is in pipeline


Priority 2 (UPCOMING)

  • The candidate's has an uncompleted task assigned, and its due date is within the next day
  • The candidate’s disposition is in Pipeline
  • The candidate’s LeadGroup is in Pipeline


Priority 3 (NEW)

  • The candidate has the sales status that is first in the order of the sales process. (This will usually be the “New Lead” sales status)
  • The candidate has the disposition that is first in the order of the disposition process. (This will usually be the ”Active” disposition)
  • The Candidate’s “Last Visit” is within the last 3 days. (The candidate was sent a campaign email within the last 3 days)
  • The Candidate’s “Visit” counter is 0. (The candidate has clicked on 0 trackable links)
  • If the candidate has a task assigned to them, that task’s due date is more than 1 day away.
  • The candidate’s disposition is in pipeline
  • The candidate’s LeadGroup is in pipeline

Priority 4 (ACTIVE)

  • Sales Status is not the first sales status or Disposition is not the first disposition or the “Last Visit” is greater than 3 days.
  • If the candidate has an uncompleted task assigned to them, that task’s due date is less than 1 day away.
  • The candidate’s disposition is in pipeline
  • The candidate’s LeadGroup is in Pipeline
