Naranga Lead Management has the capability to sync with your email and track email communication between your email and the candidate. Once enabled the email communication between you and the candidate will be displayed in the Emails tab of the candidate profile.
1. Go on the menu in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, press on it, and find the button for “Profile & preferences”.
2. Choose your Email Server from the selection box: Gmail. Provide your Email Address and Password.
3. After you connect everything correctly, you will have the Connected status. Click on Save to complete this process
4. Click on the button Sync to complete communication.
Please note that accounts that have 2-step authentication will not be able to sync with Naranga Lead Management Server.
