Widgets

By default, the following widgets are displayed:

 

1. Total Departments: A widget that presents the number of active people by department. Clicking on this number will take you to department list and show all active departments.

 

2. Employees: In this widget, you can see the number of all active employees in a department. Clicking on this number will take you to a user list and show all active employees.  

 

3. Birthdays: In this widget, you can see the number of upcoming employee birthdays within the selected time period. By default, the period is ‘This Week.’ However, you have the ability to select one of the following time periods i.e.; Today, This Week, This Month, This Quarter, Next Week, Next Month, Next Quarter. Clicking on this number will take you to a user list and show the filtered users. 

 

4. Work Anniversary: In this widget, you see the number of upcoming employee work anniversaries within the selected time period. By default, the period is ‘This Week.’ However, you have the ability to select one of the following time periods i.e.; Today, This Week, This Month, This Quarter, Next Week, Next Month, Next Quarter. Clicking on this number will take you to a user list and show the filtered employees.
