Statistics / Reach of Message

Each Message is being tracked to ensure the highest readership rate and analysis, and which communication channels (Email, LiveWall, or app) are the most effective ways to communicate to Franchisees.

Each message sent will have statistics listed in front of it on the home page and within message detail. It is showing how many franchisees have read this message out of total recipients.

Please note that in case of multi-unit owners, reach will be listed for each location separately. The system is tracking information by each user but will display the information by location. If multiple people for one location (owner, manager, location employee) has read the message, we will display the date viewed.
