LiveWall Overview

The LiveWall displays messages, posts, and significant stats from all modules of nCompass in the form of widgets. These widgets enable the user to get a summary of important modules. The left side menu displays the modules in a tiled view. The user can click on any desired module to visit its details. The numbers shown on different module tiles represent the following information about the module:


 

Livewall: Number of unread LiveWall posts

Library: Recent updates for this month

Help Desk: Number of Inbox Tickets and Activates for the user, respective to his/her department

Communications: Number of posts that are pending approval by the super admin
