If we want the user to receive alerts when a lead does something in the LeadGroup, we can set those here as well. Once again, the box next to the LeadGroup must be checked, the user affected must be selected, and now we will focus on the "LeadAlert Notifications" to the right of the "User List".
There are nine options to choose from, most are self-explanatory:
New Candidate Arrival: This will alert the user when a lead arrives in the LeadGroup.
Webmercial viewing: Will alert the user when the lead clicks on Webmercial in a campaign
Document Opening: Will alert the user when the lead clicks on a document in a campaign
Website viewing: Will alert the user when the lead clicks on a website in a campaign
Complete Advanced Form: Will alert the user when the lead fills out the Advanced Form in their Candidate Profile
Candidate Transfer: Alerts the user when a lead is transferred to their LeadGroup
Candidate Owner Change: Alerts the user when a lead is changed to their ownership, will work if multiple people have access to the same LeadGroup
FDD Delivered: This will alert the user if the candidate has signed their digital FDD. This option will only work if you are using the Opportunity Center.
OC Discussion: Alerts the user when a lead has made a comment on the Opportunity Center
Within each dropdown next to the LeadAlerts, there will be three options:
My Candidates: This will alert the user to actions pertaining to only leads they are the owner of. You will want to use this in situations where multiple users have access to the same LeadGroup.
All Candidates: This will alert the user to actions pertaining to all leads. You will want to use this in situations where one person has access to the LeadGroup, or if you have one person tracking a particular status of all leads, regardless of what LeadGroup it is in.
Disable: This turns off the LeadAlert for a particular user. If they wish to no longer get an alert on a particular action, this is the option you will choose.
If they are missing the alerts, please check the box to the left of the LeadGroup you wish for them to have access to, and scroll down till you see their name in a “User List.” Please highlight their name, select the alerts you wish for them to get from the drop-downs to the right of the User List, and hit the “Submit” button.
If they are signed up for the alerts, please have them check their SPAM or Junk folders, as depending on their mail settings, the emails can sometimes end up there.
If you have verified the emails are not there, please contact your IT department and have them verify that the following URL, “*.emaximation.com” is on a whitelist. This will prevent the alerts from being blocked at a company level.
