Dashboard - People

The dashboard gives an overview of the People Module and it shows the below center widgets by default:

1. Birthdays: In this widget, you will see the users who have upcoming birthdays within the selected time period. By default, the period is ‘This Week.’ However, you have the ability to select one of the following time periods i.e.; Today, This Week, This Month, This Quarter, Next Week, Next Month, Next Quarter. The number of employees in the selected time period will be shown in the title. If the list is more than 10 users, you will see 10 users with the nearest upcoming birthdays on screen with a “See All” button. Upon clicking the “See All” button you will see a complete list in a pop up with a scroll. The list will be sorted by date of birth. You can click an entry in the list to view employee details. 

1. Work Anniversary: This widget lists the upcoming work anniversaries within the selected time period. By default, the period is ‘This Week.’ However, you have the ability to select one of the following time periods i.e.; Today, This Week, This Month, This Quarter, Next Week, Next Month, Next Quarter. The number of employees in the selected time period will be shown in the title. If the list is more than 10 users, you will see 10 users with the nearest upcoming work anniversaries on screen with a “See All” button. Upon clicking the “See All” button you will see the complete list in pop up with a scroll. 

The list will be sorted by the Hiring date.
