Owners

The Owners section is displayed by default when the user clicks in settings of Compliance Module. The following columns are present in the grid:

Owner’s area displays the list of owners of specific locations. The user can search the desired owners using the search bar on the top.

The user can also filter the owners using the following types of filters available:


· Countries Filter


· State Filter


· Location Owner type filter


· Status type filter


o Active

o Inactive

 How to Add a New Owner

To add a new owner, click on the ‘New’ button on the top right area of ‘Owners’ section. A new area will appear where the user can enter the details of the new owner.

The user can add the relevant information in the respective fields and then click on ‘Save’ to save the ‘New Owner's’ details. Click on ‘Cancel’ to abort the process.

How to View Owner Details

Click on the desired owner to view its details.

Companies

The Companies tab lists all companies that own the franchises, including the previous companies as well. The user can review any company profile and make any edits if needed. A previous company which doesn't have any active store will not be editable.

 

The user can search the desired companies by using the search bar on the top.

How to View Company Details

Click on the desired company to view its details. A new area will appear where the user can view its details.

The user can also edit this information by clicking on the ‘Edit’ option in the top right. A new area will appear where the user can perform the required changes and save them.

 How to Add a New Company

To add information about a new company, click on the ‘New’ button in the top right. A new area will appear where the user can add relevant information. 

Click on ‘Save’ to save the information added or click on ‘Cancel’ to abort the process.

 Master

Masters manage a group of franchisees over a specific region, state, or country. The master area displays the list of Master franchise locations owned by companies.

The user can search the desired masters by using the search bar on the top. The user can also filter masters by using the countries filter.

How to Add a Master

The user can add a new ‘Master’ location by clicking on the New button as shown in the figure below. A new area will appear where the user can add the details of the new ‘Master’ location.

Click ‘Save’ to save the details added or click ‘Cancel’ to abort the process. The user can also manage contacts or edit them by clicking on the ‘Actions’ dropdown on the top and select ‘Manage Contacts’ or ‘Edit’ accordingly.

How to View Master Details

Clicking on a record from the ‘Masters’ grid will display the master details page. The following columns are displayed:

Branch Served

The Branch Served area allows the user to manage the military branches options. These branches are displayed to be selected while adding a new owner’s details, the Veteran option is enabled.

 

The user can search the branches option by using the search bar. The user can also filter the branches by their status, using the status filter.

How to Add a New Branch

To add a new Branch option, click on the New button in the top right area. A new pop up will appear where the user can add its name and select whether to activate it or not.

The user can also edit and delete any branch by using the ‘Edit’ and ‘Delete’ option against every branch selection.

1. You can update the name and change the status of a branch from the Edit option.

2. A delete confirmation alert is shown when the user tries to delete a branch served.
