Corporate uses ncompass Communications Module to send messages within the system. There are certain rules and procedures that need to be followed while using this module. This document will briefly explain the process and the work-flow. Access in the Communications section is granted to certain people in the company.
There are two user roles in this section.
1. Author: Any user who has the ability to send a message to franchisees (has Communications section access), is considered an author. He/she can compose a message, select recipients, verify test email, and then send it to publisher for approval.
2. Publisher: A user who has been appointed to approve all messages to make sure that company guidelines are being followed by the author. A user can be assigned as a Publisher via the Admin Module under Module Access for Communication.
