The below setup will initiate the leads from internet portals and corporate websites getting into Lead Management automatically.
All lead forms need to be sent to the following in, plain text format:
Company Name – Campaign@mail.emaximation.com
Leads from your Corporate Website
Please submit a test lead email directly from the inquiry form to me at firstname.lastname@example.org To confirm receipt of this test – put the subject line: (The brand’s name) Test Email. This will allow our technical team to build a data template to capture this information. After the template is built, we will provide you with a unique ID (GUID) to insert into your emails.
Below is a sample template for a lead email. You are not limited to these fields as your form may ask different questions. We will build our template based on the data you provide. However, the format is very important.

Your campaign email address should always be in lowercase.
Your campaign email address should be first on the recipient list.
Emails sent to your campaign email address should always be in plain text.
Your emails should always include a GUID provided by Naranga Lead Management Support Team.
