Location Status can be changed if the status isn’t terminated. However, for terminated locations you will be unable to update those records. Please let us know which locations are terminated that need to be active by submitting a ticket to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Otherwise, if the location is active you can always adjust the status. Look for the actions drop down in the location’s profile (General Information) and choose the status.
If you don't see the Operating status in the "Actions" drop down menu in locations profile, then you might have to turn on "Operating Status Override" setting under Franchise Mgmt> Settings> Settings.
