Module access rights can be managed through the Departments Module. You can define specific modules that can be accessed by the users of each department. The Departments section displays a list of departments along with their Titles, Phone, Head of Department, Admin, and number of Modules the department has access to. By default, all active departments are shown arranged in alphabetical order. The following info is shown in the Departments section:


Clicking on any department will display its detail area, divided into two sections.

The left area displays the department’s general info while the right area allows you to manage the Modular Access.


You can reset account settings for all users of this department to default, by clicking on the ‘Reset’ option under the ‘Actions’ dropdown box. A pop-up will appear for confirmation.


If a module is inactivated for the department, all of the logged in users will observe its impact the next time they log in.
