Change Requested Messages\How to request a change in message?

Change Requested Messages:

It’s the responsibility of a Communications publisher that a message composed by an author is compliance to defined standards. If a publisher wants an author to make changes in his/her message, the publisher can mark the message as change requested.

As an Author, you will see your change requested messages pop up on your Communication home page and you will be able to edit the message for correction.


How to request a change in message?
As a publisher, if any pending approval message requires some changes, you can send any pending approval message back to the author requesting changes.  You can see messages pending for approval either on the Communication Dashboard wall or by looking at the Pending Approval Widget that is located under My Widgets in the Communication Dashboard. To mark any pending approval message, you click on the pending approval message, and then click the ‘Request Change’ button.



You can explain the changes in a box that will be shown to the author.



The message will be marked as change requested and an email notification will be sent to the author.
