Center Widgets

Center Widgets

Dashboard provides an overview of important statistics on main sections of the Admin Module. By default, it displays two types of center widgets.

Recently Updated Users: In this widget, you will see users which have been updated and or created within a selected time period. By Default, the time period is the last 7 days. However, you have the choice to select any time period i.e.; Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, This Quarter, This Year, Last Year or a custom start and end date. If the list is more than 10 users, you will see the most recent 10 users on a screen with a “See All” button which will take you to the user list and filter all users there. You see the user’s full name, his/her department, the number of modules the user has access to, and an updated time stamp. Users will be sorted by Last Updated/Date Created in descending order. The updated users list displays the following information:

Not Logged in: In this widget, you will see the users who did not log in during the selected time period. You see the user’s full name, his/her department, the number of modules the user has access to, and the last time the user logged in to Ncompass. Users will be sorted by Last Login date in descending order. The Not Logged in grid displays the following information:

Question: Not logged in is a current status: reviewing user in past for specific filter does not show the state as per that time period. So it seems confusing. So the date range for the future as well as in past will only tell that how long some user is non-compliant “not logged in”. Is there any real need for a custom date filter?

We can think over any other logical filter. Department can be an option.
